Shipping


Is shipping included?

 Shipping is not included for any Everyday Luxembourg products. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You choose which shipping option fits best.


When will my order ship?

Depending on order size, orders will be packaged and shipped 1-3 business days after your order is placed, excluding the Lux Box which is shipped quarterly.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are generated by the carriers we use. Once an order is fulfilled, an email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent for you to track your order.


My package never arrived

Please email us at EverydayLuxembourg@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve but are not held responsible for carrier errors.

You can help make sure nothing goes wrong with your delivery by:

  • Ensuring your address can accept carrier deliveries

  • Double checking your address before placing an order

  • Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts

 

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship within the United States.

 

My package is damaged

Please email us at EverydayLuxembourg@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged package. Everyday Luxembourg is not responsible for carrier mistakes. We will be in touch with you and will review your situation on a case by case basis.

Cancellation

Can I cancel my Lux Box subscription?

We hope you love your Lux Box subscription! However, if you need to cancel, we want to make it easy for you. Please refer to the following dates for the last day to cancel each box:

  • March 1st for the Spring Box

  • June 1st for the Summer Box

  • September 1st for the Fall Box

  • December 1st for the Winter Box

When you cancel, please note that you must disable the auto-renew feature if you wish to cancel future boxes. If the auto-renew box remains checked, you will automatically receive the next box. Please contact us at everydayluxembourg@gmail.com with any assistance needed.

How do I cancel my Lux Box subscription?

  • Option 1: Online Cancellation: Log into your Squarespace account, navigate to “My Account”, select “Subscription”, and then click “Cancel Subscription.” Please disable auto- renew to prevent automatic charges.

  • Option 2: Email Support: Contact us at EverydayLuxembourg@gmail.com, and we will process the cancellation for you.
